AMENDMENTSARTICLE XI: AUDITS
Audits of the Association must be accomplished according to AFI 34-123; annual audit results will be presented during the Symposium and filed for future references.
ARTICLE XII: NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION UNDERSTANDING
This Association is organized and operated exclusively for the objectives listed in Article I and exists for non-profitable purposes, and no part of any earnings shall inure to the financial benefit of any member.
ARTICLE XIII: INSURANCE & BONDING
An insurance waiver will be requested due to nature of the organization and its activities. Our interaction with public liability will be minimal. General operation will not be risk oriented and insurance will not be required to cover our membership. If in the future, operations expand in the direction that would require insurance, necessary actions will be taken to obtain coverage.
ARTICLE XIV: DISSOLUTION
Upon dissolution or disbandment of the Association, any funds or properties in excess of liabilities and expenses of dissolution will be distributed as determined by a vote of the general membership at that time.
ARTICLE XV: PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY
The rules contained in Roberts Rules of Order, Revised Edition shall provide guidance in all cases to which they are applicable, and in which they are not inconsistent with the established Constitution and Bylaws.
ARTICLE XVI: ADOPTION OF CONSTITUTION & BYLAWS
This constitution and the bylaws require a majority vote of members present at the Annual IDMT Symposium and will go into effect on the date of approval.
